The Automobile
Modern automobiles uses a complex arrangement of computers, electronic sensors and other components. These components manage engine, transmission, suspension, electrical charging, climate control, and other functions.
The various systems are often connected to each other so their functions are coordinated to improve performance, mileage, comfort, and safety. Your automobile is one of the largest investments you make. With proper care, it will last a long time and provide great service.

The Mechanic
The mechanic who works on your car is the person most intimately involved in the repair. He will be the one who locates problem, determines the best repair, and ultimately performs the repair. Without the mechanic all cars would become disposable appliances.
Today’s automotive technician is more than just “Some guy who is good with his hands.” Today’s mechanic is trained in mechanical principles, fluid dynamics, electronics, and several other fields as needed.
While manual dexterity is an important part of automotive repair, today’s technician must also possess a high degree of mental ability and specialized training.
The technician must understand not only the mechanical working parts of your car, but also has to understand complicated electrical and electronic components.
Our technicians are highly skilled, well-trained and experienced. They also receive frequent training to keep up with changes in the industry.

The Managers
The owner, manager, and service adviser work to make certain your automobile is repaired correctly and properly each time it comes in.
Whether you need basic service such as oil changes or complex repairs, we want you to receive the highest quality maintenance possible.
We will advise you when repairs are necessary and provide estimates to aid in your decision.
We will check to see what services are recommended by the manufacturer to ensure you have the opportunity to make decisions that will increase the life of your automobile and prevent premature failures.

The Shop
A well-equipped shop is vital for proper repair work. In addition to lifts, a shop needs sophisticated service, test, and diagnostic equipment.
Today’s shop is also required to manage waste products in a responsible manner. Waste oil, antifreeze, refrigerants, batteries, tires, and toxic chemicals are just a few of the environmental responsibilities of the modern repair shop.

The Customer
You depend on your car to go to work, shopping and often to perform your job.
If properly maintained, it will continue to function well. As the automobile owner, it is up to you to see that preventative maintenance and repairs are performed as needed.
Teaming up with your repair facility to ensure timely repairs and following manufacturer’s recommendations all contribute to customer satisfaction.
One way you can help is to provide complete and honest descriptions of the problems you are experiencing. This helps us find the problem quicker and saves you money.
You should also understand that repairs take time to perform properly. We understand the inconvenience when your car is out of service and will make every effort to complete repairs as quickly as possible. However, if we rush just to meet a deadline and you repair is incomplete or mistakes are made you will hold us responsible. Please allow us to do our job correctly.
You should ask questions when you don’t understand the reason for a repair or service.
